Orders ship within 24-48 hours via USPS Ground. A flat rate of $7 applies to all domestic orders in the USA, including military addresses. I do not offer international shipping at this time. 

I stand behind every candle with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact me at danielle@firelandswax.com to request a refund or exchange. Unused products are eligible for a full refund. Used products are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Items damaged in transit are eligible for free replacement. 

Every Firelands Wax candle is handmade with phthalate-free and Prop 65-free fragrance oils, 100% soy wax, and paper-core cotton wicks – meaning no synthetic compounds known to cause headaches or accumulate in your home or body. Read my full Clean Promise here →

• Store candles away from sunlight to prevent yellowing and preserve fragrance
• To avoid releasing smoke into your home after blowing out a candle, extinguish it by placing the lid back on or by using a wick dipper or similar. 
• Trim the wick to ⅛–¼ inch before every burn; monitor and trim during longer burns to maintain a flame no taller than 1 inch
• Always burn until the melt pool reaches the edge before extinguishing (2-4 hrs; first burn takes longest)
• For the longest life,  burn in 4+ hour intervals and keep wicks trimmed short
• For the strongest scent, start with a longer wick (¼ inch) to develop the melt pool quickly, then trim down to maintain a smaller flame
• Never leave a burning candle unattended

Any order can be sent as a gift with a note to the recipient – during checkout simply enter the desired note  exactly as you want it printed (I cannot edit it) in the “order notes” field. The recipient will receive their order with the note printed on a packing slip with no prices. There is no gift wrapping service at this time.
