- Always burn at least until the melt pool reaches the edge before extinguishing (2-4 hrs, first burn takes longest)
- Trim the wick to ⅛-¼ inch between burns
- Trim while burning, if necessary, to maintain a steady flame no taller than 1 inch
- Burning for too little time causes tunneling
- Â For the longest life, keep wicks trimmed short (1/8 inch) and allow more time for the melt pool to develop
- For stronger fragrance, start with a fuller wick (¼ inch) to develop the melt pool quickly, then trim down

Cool as a cucumber and sweet as a melon – this candle was meant to be modern cucumber blend, but turned into a rendition of the classic combo so many of us recall from the 90’s. I tested multiple cucumber combinations and only thought to do this one at the last minute. Well, turns out it’s a classic for a reason – the watery notes of the cucumber and the sweetness of the melon form a harmonious pair that complements the best parts of the other in a way no other combination could achieve. This smells more natural than the iconic B&B versions, but still similar enough to be instantly familiar.
